The CC Event Center is the most advanced Event Center Module for phpvms to date. You can create different kind of Events which offer different methods to sign up.

You can create Standard events where pilots can simply join without limitations.
You can also create events where pilots will have to choose an available slot for departure.
The 3rd option is an event which has a fixed amount of different flights and each of those flights can only be booked by 1 pilot.
You can choose if you would like the system to automatically send an email on event creation and Additionally there is an option to automatically let the system send an event reminder via email to all your pilots 1 day before the event takes place.

You can add download materials to each event which your pilots can then download from the event page.
You can also add event schedules which can be booked by your pilots directly from the events page.

You can assign awards to pilots who have been attending the event easily from the event admin page.
The module comes with an event calendar which even supports events that last several days.
A widget that you can embed on your sitebar to show the next few upcoming events is also included.

As if this isnt enough yet you can also allow pilots to create events from the public pages.
Even GUESTS can create and Sign Up for events if you allow them per setting in the admin center.
